We cannot change the things we do not yet know about ourselves. Because you were not raised in a vacuum, It can be revealing to explore your life journey with a strength-based, trauma-informed therapist. Let's explore how you have come to know your system in a more cohesive, healing way.

I am an integrationist and utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT/REBT), Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT). My goal in this work is to create & harbor your sense of safety, hold compassion for yourself, reduce shame, develop agency, and reauthor your life to strengthen relationships.
